RR Lowest Scores in IPL

RR are a cricket team in the Indian Premier League. They play in Jaipur,Rajasthan. RR started in 2008 with eight other teams. They won the first IPL season in 2008 by beating Chennai Super Kings. Since then, they’ve been one of the best teams.

In 2022, they were second best in the league. But even good teams have bad days. Rajasthan Royals had six games where they scored less than 100 runs.

5. 92 against Royal Challengers Bangalore (2010)

Playing against Royal Challengers Bangalore on their own turf is always hard. The Royals started well but then lost many wickets quickly, ending up with a low score of 92 runs. The Royal Challengers easily chased down the target without losing any wickets, finishing the game in just 11 overs.

4. 90/9 against Mumbai Indians (2021)

Rajasthan Royals played against Mumbai Indians on October 5, 2021, at Sharjah Cricket Stadium. They only scored 90 runs and lost nine wickets. This is their fourth lowest score ever in the IPL.

3. 85 against Kolkata Knight Riders (2021)

During the 2021 season, Rajasthan Royals played against Kolkata Knight Riders and scored their third-lowest total in the IPL. Kolkata Knight Riders scored 171/4 runs in their first innings, taking 20 overs. It was a tough target to chase, and things got even worse for Rajasthan as they started poorly. They lost four wickets in just 3.4 overs, scoring only 13 runs. After that, they kept losing wickets regularly and couldn’t recover. Eventually, Rajasthan Royals lost the match by 86 runs, getting all out for 85 runs in 16.1 overs.

2. 81 against Kolkata Knight Riders (2011)

RR didn’t do well in a game against Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL. When RR started batting, Kolkata’s spinners didn’t let them score much, and RR lost three wickets quickly. Eventually, RR got out for only 81 runs in 15.2 overs because of good bowling from KKR. Lakshmipathy Balaji took three wickets which hurt RR’s batting a lot.

1. 58 against Royals Challengers Bangalore (2009)

In 2009, Royal Challengers Bangalore played against Royal Challengers Bangalore. They got their lowest score ever. This happened in Cape Town during the second game of the South African tournament. They lost the match by 75 runs, which is one of the biggest losses in IPL history.
