His outstanding bowling led India to a decisive victory and ensured his place in India’s ODI history.
First T20I Hat-trick: Deepak Chahar
Deepak Chahar was the first Indian to claim a hat-trick in T20 Internationals. He achieved this feat against Bangladesh in 2019 at Nagpur. Chahar took three wickets in a single over, dismissing Shafiul Islam, Mustafizur Rahman, and Aminul Islam. His remarkable performance helped India win by 30 runs and secure the series 2-1.
