On September 3, the Trophy Tour kicked off in Dubai, where the highly anticipated trophy was showcased at some of the city’s most famous landmarks. This event, marking 30 days before the tournament’s first match at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, wowed fans with its stunning silverware.

Tour Highlights Across Dubai

The trophy made a memorable 24-hour tour across various iconic spots in Dubai, such as Half Desert Dubai, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, and the beautiful Dubai Sunrise. This impressive start raised excitement for what promises to be the most thrilling edition of the Women’s T20 World Cup.

India Leg of the Trophy Tour

After its successful launch in Dubai, the Trophy Tour will continue its journey to India. It will arrive in Bengaluru on September 6 at the Karnataka Institute of Cricket, a hub for developing young female talent in cricket. Fans in Bengaluru can see the trophy at Nexus Mall on September 7 and 8, while Mumbai fans can view it at Infinity Mall, Malad, on September 14 and 15.

Global Journey of the Trophy Tour

Following the stops in India, the tour will head to Sri Lanka and Bangladesh before returning to the UAE for the tournament’s opening. The ICC aims to use the Trophy Tour to connect with cricket fans worldwide and boost women’s cricket. Every location has warmly welcomed the tour, spreading joy and excitement for the sport.
