New Zealand set a target of 158 runs, led by Amelia Kerr’s 43 runs. South Africa could only score 126 runs, thanks to three wickets each from Kerr and Rosemary Mair.

5. Sophie Devine – 57* off 36 vs India
In their fourth match, New Zealand faced India in Dubai. New Zealand had a fantastic start with Suzie Bates scoring 27 and Georgia Plimmer adding 34 runs. Although Amelia Kerr struggled with only 13 runs off 22 balls, captain Sophie Devine stepped up, finishing with 57 not out off 36 balls, including seven fours. This helped New Zealand reach a total of 160 runs. India struggled in reply, getting all out for 102, with Rosemary Mair taking four wickets.

4. Laura Wolvaardt – 59* off 55 vs West Indies
In the third match, South Africa played against the West Indies in Dubai. Stafanie Taylor made a brave effort, scoring 44 runs, but her teammates could not contribute much, ending with 118/6. Laura Wolvaardt and Tazmin Brits then took control of the game, leading South Africa to a 10-wicket victory. Wolvaardt scored 59 not out off 55 balls, hitting seven fours, making her the top scorer of the tournament with 223 runs.
3. Qiana Joseph – 52 off 38 vs England
West Indies opener Qiana Joseph delivered a standout performance against England in Dubai. England batted first, scoring 141 runs, with Nat Sciver-Brunt making the highest score of 57. In response, Joseph and Hayley Mathews (50) formed a strong partnership, putting together 102 runs. Despite being relatively new to international cricket, Joseph played aggressively, helping her team chase down the target with two overs remaining, eliminating England from the tournament and securing a spot in the semi-finals.
2. Maia Bouchier – 62* off 34 vs Scotland
Maia Bouchier delivered an impressive performance against Scotland in Sharjah. Scotland batted first, scoring only 109 runs, with Kathryn Bryce top-scoring with 33. Bouchier started the chase strong, hitting boundaries off the first three balls. She finished with 62 not out off just 34 balls, hitting 12 fours, and formed an unbeaten partnership of 113 runs with Danni Wyatt-Hodge (51*), completing the chase in just 10 overs.
1. Anneke Bosch – 74* off 58 vs Australia
South Africa Women put in a fantastic all-around effort to end Australia’s 15-match winning streak in Women’s T20 World Cups. Australia struggled against South Africa in the first semi-final, scoring 134 runs, with Beth Mooney contributing 44 runs. In response, South Africa started with a 25-run opening stand before Anneke Bosch came to bat. She built a solid partnership of 91 runs with Laura Wolvaardt (42), guiding her team comfortably. Bosch ended with 74 not out, leading South Africa to victory.
