5. 469 – CSK vs RR, Chennai, 2010

In 2010, during a match between CSK and RR in Chennai, a lot of runs were scored. CSK scored 246/5 with Murali Vijay making 126 runs in 56 balls, and Albie Morkel also scored fifty runs. RR also played well, with Naman Ohja scoring 94 not out and Shane Watson making 60 runs. Together, both teams scored 469 runs in 40 overs, making it the highest-scoring match in IPL history until then.

4. 504 – MI vs DC, Delhi, 2024

At Eden Gardens, Kolkata Knight Riders played against Punjab Kings, and together they scored 523 runs. Kolkata Knight Riders made 261/6, but Punjab Kings chased it down easily. They won by eight wickets with eight balls left, making it their third win in IPL 2024.
