Sunil Walson, a right-handed batsman and right-arm fast bowler, was part of the 13-member Indian team in the 1983 World Cup but didn’t play any matches. After this World Cup, he was never selected for the Indian team again and never played international cricket. Walson played 75 first-class matches from 1977 to 1988 and is now the manager of the IPL team “Delhi Capitals.”
Ambati Rayudu, a right-handed middle-order batsman, was part of the 15-member Indian team in the 2015 World Cup but didn’t play a single match. He was a strong contender for the 2019 World Cup, but Vijay Shankar was chosen instead. Throughout his ODI career from 2013 to 2019, Rayudu played 55 matches, scoring 1,694 runs at an average of 47.06, with 3 centuries and 10 fifties, and his highest score was 124 not out.
