MI Struggles: Hardik’s Poor Form

The season has proven to be an arduous journey for MI, both on and off the field. Captain Hardik Pandya has grappled with poor form, failing to make significant contributions with either bat or ball. His bowling has been particularly underwhelming, failing to secure many wickets and conceding runs at a high economy rate of 11. This inefficacy has only added to MI’s woes.

On the batting front, Pandya has yet to notch up a half-century. While his strike rate remains commendable at 150.38, he has struggled to convert starts into substantial scores.

MI’s prospects of clinching a playoff berth, the culminating stage of the season, are dwindling. Currently languishing in ninth place on the table with just six points, their road to redemption grows increasingly challenging.
