ICC Confirms Dates for 2025 World Test Championship Final at Lord's

The dates for the 2025 ICC World Test Championship final at Lord’s have been confirmed. The final match will take place at the famous London ground from 11 to 15 June 2025, with 16 June set aside as a reserve day if needed. This will be the first time the final is held at Lord’s, following Southampton in 2021 and The Oval in 2023, where New Zealand and Australia emerged as winners.

Competing Teams

The match will feature the top two teams from the current World Test Championship standings. As of now, India, led by Rohit Sharma, is leading the standings, with reigning champions Australia close behind. However, teams like New Zealand (third), England (fourth), Sri Lanka (fifth), South Africa (sixth), and Bangladesh (seventh) are still in the running for a spot in the final, with plenty of points still up for grabs.
